• Once a price has been agreed we will email you an invoice of which a 25% deposit is required and is refundable providing you cancel the day before 

• One of our professional team will visit your premises and carry out the scanning process which depending on the size of the property can be between one and three hours

• Once all the scanning is complete we will show you the draft for your approval
